Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Excellent Knowledge in CNC Turning

• Setting up, programming, and machining production parts (single pieces and small series) on twin-spindle lathes (DMG / Mori Seiki) with bar loader
• Independently creating and running in the programs
• Determining and presetting the required tools, clamping and measuring equipment
• Working according to technical drawings
• Quality control of the machined parts
• Maintenance and care of the systems/machines and the associated work equipment
• Assisting in the training of our polymechanic apprentices

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge in CNC turning (possibly also in CNC milling)
• Enjoyment of complex machining and enthusiasm for the world of machining
• Precise, reliable, and systematic way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking with high quality standards
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and assertiveness
• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office
