Junior Construction Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You control the construction processes, negotiate with suppliers and supervise subcontractors on the construction sites
• In addition, you optimise the work steps and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs
• You also ensure a smooth process and are the contact person for architects, specialist planners, contractors and craftsmen
• Depending on your training and knowledge, you can take on more demanding tasks and be trained on the job
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a qualification as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Initial experience in site management and/or further training as a construction manager / construction technician or willingness to undertake further training is desirable but not mandatory
