Care Assistant 50-100%
Interested in an exciting position in the team «Vorort» - starting immediately or by arrangement?
The heart of your work lies in care and support according to instructions. You accompany the residents in their individual daily structure and are jointly responsible for a clean and homely atmosphere in the department. You will be supported by an open, interdisciplinary team.
With your open, uncomplicated, and empathetic nature and your life experience, you find it easy to engage with the residents and build trust. We expect your willingness to get to know the psychiatric field of work, acquire new skills, and complete the SRK care assistant course.
Independence, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good German language skills are a big plus. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor, lives our values, and shares and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vibrancy at Schlogari.
