In Baden – Dättwil we are looking for you as a nursing professional and a key role in the rehabilitation process. You actively commit yourself to the quality, progress, and quality of life of our patients.
Our clinic specializes in the rehabilitation of neurological patients.
On our ward with 20 beds, you work closely with doctors, therapists, and other professionals – on equal footing and with mutual respect.

Nursing with a focus on the person
You accompany patients throughout the entire rehabilitation phase.
Your area of activity includes the care and support of neurological patients who require continuous and careful monitoring. Dealing with rapidly changing and complex patient situations shapes your everyday work.
You recognize resources, promote this independence, and specifically support progress.
Interdisciplinary & responsible
You actively work in an interdisciplinary team.
You take co-responsibility for nursing quality as well as the further development of processes. Together with the team, you ensure high nursing quality both in the 8-bed monitoring unit and with the 12 stepdown patients.
You accompany trainees in everyday life and support them in their practical training routine.
Diversity & development

You have technical skills, good organizational abilities, and work precisely and reliably.

What you bring to this position
Education
You have completed training as a certified nurse with additional IMC training or have an equivalent qualification with at least one positive SRK PreCheck.
Experience
You have experience in nursing and ideally have experience or interest in the field of neurology. The person is at the center for you – medical aspects are important, and the holistic view of the patients is your priority.
