Who we are 

Willers is an established Swiss family business with around 120 employees at five locations (Rheinfelden, Bern, Zurich, Wroclaw, and Freiburg im Breisgau). Since 1989, we have stood for solid expertise in building technology.

Today, we take overall management of construction projects with a high technical component and offer general planning at the highest level. Our focus areas are Life Sciences, Data Center, Workspace, Healthcare, and Energy Centers – with exciting projects that make engineers' hearts beat faster.

Your role

You plan and develop sophisticated HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects – from the concept phase to implementation. You work closely with project managers, create calculations, develop CAD models, prepare tender documents, and coordinate with architects and specialist planners. Your ideas are welcome and actively shape our HVAC team. 

If interested, there is also the possibility to work as a vocational trainer and accompany our apprentices on their training path. 

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training as a building services planner heating or ventilation EFZ. Further training in building technology is an advantage. If interested in a vocational trainer role, completed vocational trainer training is required or willingness to complete it promptly.
• Experience: At least 2–5 years of professional experience in planning small to medium-sized projects. Very good Trimble Nova knowledge.
• Personality: You are open and curious, enjoy working in a team, and are ready to continuously acquire new knowledge about technologies. You work in a structured and clean manner, have a high sense of responsibility, and a pronounced sense of quality. You are interested in various trades and think in a networked way – so you keep an overview even in complex projects. Enjoying accompanying and training apprentices is an advantage but not a must.
• Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
