What is my role?

• You take the helm in the IT and SAP department - both professionally and personnel-wise

• You don’t just put the IT strategy on paper, but push it through to implementation

• You manage complex ERP and infrastructure projects while keeping an overview

• As CISO, you bear responsibility for IT security - and you do it properly

• You’re not a desk-bound worker: when support, ERP or infrastructure are in crisis, you pitch in yourself

• You are the number one contact point when management or departments have IT questions - no matter how tricky

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in business informatics, computer science or something comparable

• You can prove that you have already led a team - ideally as a team leader or deputy IT manager in industry

• You are an IT all-rounder with broad know-how and are keen on varied topics rather than pigeonholing

• IT security is not a buzzword for you - you bring solid knowledge and practical experience as a CISO

• SAP and/or Microsoft cloud technologies are familiar to you

• You speak fluent German and English - both written and spoken

• Independence and initiative are natural to you, not just empty phrases on your CV

• You are helpful and enjoy exchanging ideas with a wide variety of people

• You are both a strategist AND a doer: you like to think ahead but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get technically involved yourself
