To strengthen our facility team, we are looking for a technically skilled personality with a hands-on mentality who takes responsibility and actively contributes to the further development of our portfolio as deputy to the head of facility management.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical operation and preservation of value of our properties
• Operation, monitoring and optimisation of all building technical systems (HVAC, electrical, building automation, security technology)
• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as ensuring trouble-free operation
• Coordination and supervision of external specialist companies, service partners and craftsmen
• Planning and support of maintenance, renewal and investment projects
• Participation in technical optimisations regarding energy efficiency, sustainability and operating costs
• Support with conversions, tenant fit-outs and infrastructural projects
• Control of compliance with legal regulations, safety and quality standards
• On-call duty and ensuring the technical availability of the systems
• Deputising for the head of facility management in operational, organisational and personnel matters

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training (electrician, automation technician, plumber, heating, ventilation, refrigeration or building technology, mechanic or comparable training)
• Further training in caretaking, facility management or building technology is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or in the operation of complex buildings
• Sound knowledge of modern building and building services technology (HVAC, electrical, MSRL/GLT)
• Experience in coordinating external service providers and craft businesses
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced service orientation
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally CAFM systems)
