Your Challenge
- Logistics transports to external locations
- Execution of operationally necessary personnel and material transports in coordination with the involved departments
- Assistance with moving / storage of residents' furniture
- Management of various storages (care furniture; furniture)
- Assistance with internal and external events
- Waste disposal according to ecological principles and municipal regulations
- Beverage / inventory management according to guidelines and concepts
- Economic and ecological handling of machines, materials, and chemicals
- Completion of cleaning tasks according to plan
- Care of outdoor areas (greening and surrounding work) including winter service
Our Desired Profile
- Training as a logistics specialist EBA or facility management specialist EBA or if trained on the job, then several years of professional experience in this field
- Preferably with professional experience
- Car driving license and possibly forklift and pallet truck permit
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style and flexible, solution-oriented approach
- User knowledge of MS Office programs
