To complement our management team in the Print division, we are looking for a Head of Digital Printing 80-100% for the Zurich location, starting immediately or by arrangement. With your instinct for business development and leadership, you will take responsibility for our digital printing area and drive growth and innovation forward.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the digital printing area with a focus on business development to tap new market potentials, expand existing customer relationships, and visibly strengthen market positioning.
You develop innovative digital printing solutions and actively position them in the market as part of a growth strategy.
You work closely with the print division management and bring your business development expertise into the strategic further development of the entire division – also externally through market appearances and participation in networking events.
You build a strong network of customers, partners, and suppliers and use it purposefully for sustainable business development.
You work closely with the sales organization and ensure the targeted expansion of the customer portfolio through innovative sales and development strategies.
You actively help shape the Wallisellen location and ensure smooth operations together with the team.
As a member of the print division management, you shape the strategic further development of the entire division and actively participate in cross-departmental projects.

What distinguishes you for the job

You have solid experience in the graphic industry or in the field of print media processing.
You have leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams, develop them further, and achieve goals together.
You think entrepreneurially, recognize market potentials, and have a good instinct for business development.
You enjoy actively shaping structures and strategically contributing to the further development of a division.
You have proven project management skills.
