About the job

Main tasks
- Consulting and supporting specialist departments in developing proposals and requirement documents to further develop their processes and applications
- Collecting, analysing and documenting professional requirements and translating them into actionable IT requirements, including moderating workshops and coordinating between specialist departments, service management and external suppliers
- Ensuring the economical and high-quality implementation of requirements in cooperation with application managers and external suppliers
- Identifying cross-departmental digitalisation, automation and synergy potentials and developing sustainable solution approaches
- Accompanying projects throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and acceptance to implementation and training
- Participating in strategic digitalisation and transformation projects as well as supporting the development of project initiatives, business cases and decision templates
- Supporting the Business Analysis cluster in professionalising working methods, processes and tools
Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor and/or Master) preferably with a business and/or technical background or comparable training and further education
- At least four years of experience in conducting business analyses or requirements gathering and translating them into technical specifications, preferably in different areas or industries
- Strong team skills and a keen interest in processes and digitalisation topics
- Interest in familiarising yourself with professional topics related to financial market supervision and willingness to tackle other topics if necessary
- High grasp and good sense of the differences and collaboration between specialist departments and IT
- Audience-appropriate communication at all levels as well as a winning manner and the ability to handle difficult situations appropriately
- Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as good French and English skills (B1) are an advantage
