- You also reliably handle the daily accounting and document the progress of our participants.
- Together with job coaches and the education team, you work interdisciplinarily – because together we achieve more!
What you bring
- Training as a work educator or comparable experience in social or professional integration.
- A completed training as a cook with professional experience.
- Joy in working with people and enthusiasm to pass on your knowledge.
- Good knowledge of the regional labor market and the Swiss education system.
- An open, appreciative, and solution-oriented attitude – you see opportunities where others see problems.
- A positive mindset and a reflective view of the world.
