On 24 April 2026, our annual Rookie Day took place – a day dedicated to practical learning, new perspectives, and team cohesion.

The day began early in the morning in Oberentfelden at Andrea Stahl's. Instead of theory, the focus was immediately on active doing: our rookies were able to try welding, implement their own ideas, and jointly create a creative Eglin artwork. It was not only about craftsmanship but also about collaboration, creativity, and the courage to try new things.

In the afternoon, the group moved to Aarau, where an exciting change of perspective was on the agenda. Together with the PokerAcademy, the participants delved into the world of strategic thinking. The focus was on topics such as decision-making, risk awareness, and correctly assessing situations – skills that play an important role both in professional life and beyond.

The successful conclusion was a shared dinner. In a relaxed atmosphere, there was an opportunity to reflect on experiences, exchange insights, and further strengthen team cohesion.
