The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the city of Morges, and offers personalized care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational connections, the EMS is surrounded by a residence of sheltered housing, a children's life center, and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden with a fully secured perimeter.

We are looking for our Psychogeriatrics service 2 at EMS Parc de Beausobre a:

Health Care Assistant in Geriatric Psychiatry - PAA2 (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU POSSESS

• A diploma as a Health Care Assistant, ASA, or recognized nursing aide CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• A successful experience in geriatrics or geriatric psychiatry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
• Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for supporting elderly individuals.
• Availability to work in continuous and split shifts, including a few nights a month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Support residents in daily life activities.
• Ensure hygiene and comfort care for elderly individuals.
• Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident's environment with their collaboration.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary approach to resident care.
