- You keep an overview and independently and reliably plan and coordinate all appointments and manage the calendar.
- You create and edit presentations and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings.
- You support the Head of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work in applicant management, in reviewing continuing education applications, and in preparing work references.
- You prepare relevant evaluations and key figures and assist in maintaining the staffing plan.
- You competently advise the nursing department heads as well as the Head of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work and contribute to the creation and updating of process management documents.
- You maintain our SharePoint pages and actively participate in defined projects.
- You actively contribute to ensuring the achievement of PSG goals by supporting the implementation of decisions made in a solution-oriented, efficient, and consistent manner.
- You have a qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ or as a specialist in health institutions with several years of professional experience.
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a qualified staff position in organizational development, quality management, and project management.
- You act and think process-oriented and consistently align your goals and work with the interests of the company as well as the needs of patients and customers.
- You have very good user knowledge of MS Office tools.
- You master German fluently in spoken and written form (at least level C1), additional language skills are a plus.
- Your strengths include analytical thinking, reliability, structured and solution-oriented approach, and quick comprehension.
- You have pronounced time and self-management skills and remain focused and calm even in demanding situations.
- You like to think along and are interested in actively shaping and further developing your tasks.
