Your tasks

You are the first point of contact in the shop and ensure that our customers feel well advised and welcome

With your open manner, you quickly find out what they need – whether it's the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit

Your sense for trends and your knowledge from the scene are authentically incorporated into the advice

You work closely with the team, support with merchandise presentation, in the warehouse, or with cashier activities

You continuously develop yourself – through training, product training, and with the support of your team

Our requirements

First experience or a completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not a must – more important is that you are motivated and open to new things

You identify with the world of board sports and the streetwear lifestyle and have a good sense for their culture and community

You are communicative, curious, and actively seek exchange to advise customers in the best possible way

Teamwork is close to your heart, respectful interaction and a good atmosphere are important to you

You are interested in a long-term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop personally and professionally
