Immerse yourself in the world of First and Business Class. We are looking for motivated hosts for our exclusive premium services at Zurich Airport who meet the highest service standards of our guests.

Your tasks:

• Premium care: Welcoming and warmly attending to the premium guests of SWISS International Airlines.
• Lounge management: Checking access authorisations for Business Class as well as the Senator Lounges.
• Exclusive transport: Conducting shuttle services and limousine driving assignments for SWISS First Class and HON guests.
• Check-in expertise: Checking in passengers for connecting flights as well as regular check-in duties at the Lufthansa Group counters.
• Information & support: Providing comprehensive information on flight-specific matters and assisting with flight irregularities.

Your profile:

• Language expert: You communicate fluently in German and English. Understanding Swiss German is mandatory.
  
• Basic education: You have completed initial training (apprenticeship or A-levels).
  
• Driving licence: You must have a category B driving licence (for limousine drives).
  
• Flexibility: You are mobile and ready for shift work between 04:00 and 23:30.
  
• Personality: You have an impeccable, well-groomed appearance, an open, communicative manner and remain resilient under time pressure.
  
• IT affinity: You are proficient with computers and learn new systems quickly.
