Continuing Education Officer (60%)

Continuous further education is central in our working world. To ensure that continuing education offerings can be professionally planned and implemented, reliable and careful administration is required. This is where you come in: You will take on the administrative organisation and support of various continuing education formats. Among other things, the following tasks await you.
- Independent organisation of various continuing education products as well as ensuring a smooth process
- Providing information and administrative support to those responsible for offerings and participants
- Organisation and provision of documents and necessary infrastructure for events
- Maintenance of databases and working with various tools
- General administrative tasks and flexible support of the team in different duties
You are a service-oriented, flexible individual with a good sense for different people. You enjoy working independently but also value teamwork. Additionally, you bring the following:
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent education – ideally experience in the education sector
- Strong self-organisation and a precise, structured way of working
- High service orientation and enjoyment in taking on development tasks
- Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience – even in intense phases
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as part of events
- Experience in vocational or practical training as well as willingness to supervise apprentices is an advantage.
