About the job
- You attentively accompany and support our patients through the night.
- The individual, needs- and resource-oriented treatment and advice, for example regarding sleep-promoting measures, is in your hands.
- You master complex situations confidently and keep an overview.
- During the night, you are responsible for the smooth running of the ward.
- You reliably and correctly document relevant events and your services.
- You are a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or FH. For foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required.
- Ideally, you already have experience in psychiatric nursing or wish to familiarise yourself with this exciting field.
- You enjoy night work and remain calm and confident even in challenging situations.
- You are socially competent, resilient, independent and a true team player.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good IT skills facilitate your administrative tasks.
