As a Junior Accountant, you support our finance team in the operational financial accounting of the Swiss companies. You gradually take on responsibility, work with modern systems, and gain insight into central accounting processes.
Your Area of Responsibility:
- You support our accountant team in daily business, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- You ensure that bank transactions are correctly posted and that our figures are always accurate.
- You help prepare payment runs and contribute to invoices being paid on time.
- You maintain master data, documents, and files in our systems and ensure that important information is always up-to-date, complete, and quickly accessible.
- You assist with monthly closings and gain exciting insights into the financial processes of an international SaaS company.
- You actively work on improving processes and contribute your ideas when things can be made simpler, more digital, or more efficient.
- Step by step, you take on more responsibility and develop further in the field of finance and accounting.

You:
- Education and Training: Completed commercial basic training, commercial diploma, or office specialist diploma – we also welcome applications from school leavers interested in finance and accounting.
- Experience: You have an exceptional affinity for numbers and ideally some initial experience in finance and accounting.
- Working Style: You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
- Hands-on: You are motivated to tackle things and help shape processes.
- Language Skills and Communication Strength: Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage, French skills are a plus.
