Your field of activity
- Your deployment takes place Monday to Friday, usually in the early shift. You participate in our department briefing and are deployed where the nursing effort is increased or personnel resources are tight due to short-term absences
- You take over patient transfers for our surgical bed departments on call
- You support your colleagues in the bed departments and are responsible for the nursing process based on the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS
- In this role, you report directly to the Head of Nursing, Surgery Department
Your experience
- You have completed basic training as a Nurse HF/FH and bring several years of professional experience in the field of surgery
- You are an open-minded, communicative, and resilient personality and are characterized by a high level of social competence in dealing with patients and team members
- You have a high degree of flexibility and initiative and appreciate interprofessional collaboration
- As a service-oriented team player, you find it easy to work in different teams and actively contribute
