Skills
- Technical training in construction; experience as a project leader required.
- Strong teamwork and self-responsibility skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams and familiarity with BIM.

Your tasks:
- Responsible for a smooth and efficient process of small to larger construction projects (control of execution / schedule plans)
- Management, coordination and organization with specialist planners and companies from tendering to construction acceptance
- Cost management from project development to completion
Your skills:
- Basic technical training in construction, e.g. carpenter, draftsman, bricklayer…
- Further training as a construction manager
- Experience as a construction and project manager of larger construction projects
- Assertiveness and constructive interaction with all parties involved
- Teamwork and high personal responsibility
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, optionally BauPlus, NPK and Buildagil
- High affinity for digitalization such as BIM, automated production, etc.
