Here you will be engaged
In particular, you are responsible for:
- Leading 5 employees in patient admission
- Coordinating and further developing internal departmental processes
- Responsibility for the quality of case openings as well as all procedures
- Ensuring complete and correct master data recording of incoming patients
- Monthly deployment planning using PEP
- Supporting personnel recruitment
- Conducting annual employee qualifications and location discussions
- Participating in operational day-to-day business
You
- Have completed commercial or medical basic training
- Have essential experience in a leadership role in healthcare, ideally in patient admission, administration, or secretariat
- Possess very good MS Office skills; experience with ERP Navision and KISIM is an advantage
- Are very familiar with social insurance matters
- Have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Are a resilient, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- Are characterised by a high customer orientation and conflict resolution skills
