We are looking for

JOB TITLE (manually adjust)
In our service department, we support many customers throughout Switzerland. Our field service employees work independently, structured, and solution-oriented to meet all customer needs individually. As a service technician, you are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of our complex systems. In on-call service or in case of malfunctions, you independently solve problems in the areas of hydraulics, electrical control, and regulation technology. To adequately support our increasing number of customers, we need you!
Your main tasks
- Consulting customers, partners, and prospects – by phone and on-site
- Analysis of technical initial situations and development of solution concepts
- Creation, presentation, and active follow-up of offers
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships including CRM documentation
- Participation in industry events, customer events, and trade fairs
- Structured feedback from the market and handover of acquired projects to internal project management
You have
- Technical basic training, ideally in building technology, energy, or HVAC
- Further education at HF level or equivalent
- Experience in technical sales (industry, energy, or plant construction advantageous)
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Very good German spoken and written, English advantageous
