Your tasks
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support of our existing customers to deepen and further develop business relationships.
- Create and follow up on offers as well as consistent follow-up until successful completion.
- Identify and approach new customers through active searching and initial contact to present our innovative solutions.
- Negotiate prices, payment agreements, and other contract details
- Process orders in collaboration with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are fully and timely met.
- Assist in internal committees for product and customer development.

What you bring
- Experience in B2B sales of capital goods, preferably in the field of electrical engineering and electronics, as well as proven success in customer development
- Hands-on mentality and desire to achieve set goals, proactive work, and goal orientation.
- Targeted communication in German and English, as well as the ability to communicate at eye level with customers and present convincingly.
- Bringing in and implementing ideas to identify new markets as well as creativity and innovative spirit for market development.
