About the job

• You independently or jointly with internal stakeholders set prices for new and existing products.
• You conduct price analyses and simulations and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
• You develop decision-making bases for pricing issues and represent these to internal stakeholders.
• You are part of sales and support the sales management and key account managers in tenders, price demands, and condition negotiations.
• As a key user of our modern pricing software Pricefx, you ensure operation, data quality, and training of users.
• You drive the further development of Pricefx with internal and external partners.
• You analyse pricing performance and contribute your expertise to strategic pricing topics.

• You have a higher business administration education or further training, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Business Informatics, or Data Analytics.
• You bring experience in pricing, revenue growth management, sales controlling, business analytics, category, key account, brand management, or a comparable environment.
• You have a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset, understand economic contexts, can derive clear recommendations for action from data, and find precise solutions even under time pressure.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and convince with your analytical thinking.
• You have very good Excel skills and ideally experience with pricing systems, Pricefx, BI tools, or financial data models.
• You are flexible, think in networks, and can quickly adapt to new challenges. In a dynamic environment, you actively shape changes and recognise opportunities for the development of business, processes, and systems.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
