Junior Construction Manager, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• about 50% of your activity consists of costing and tendering construction services
• in doing so, you prepare specifications and obtain contractor offers
• you also provide valuable support in the awarding of contracts
• the other 50% you work as a local construction manager on the construction site
• you also take over quality, schedule and cost controls on site
• coordination with contractors, planners and other parties involved rounds off your varied range of tasks
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a structural draughtsman / architectural draughtsman or have a construction trade training, e.g. as a carpenter, joiner or bricklayer (m/f/d)
• experience in costing and tendering is essential
• further training as a construction manager or attendance at a construction management school is an advantage
• a practice-oriented, structured and reliable way of working makes your working day easier
• it is important that you are interested in a combination of office and construction site activity
• good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are assumed
• do you consider yourself reliable, well organised and precise in your work?
