Skills
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ; trainer certification preferred.
- Enjoy working with diverse individuals and fostering growth.
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to obtain further qualifications.

Tasks to be performed
- Carrying out customer orders in the areas of maintenance and garden design
- Training the assigned apprentices, developing, planning and monitoring training objectives
- Accompanying and conducting practical learning workshops
- Independently guiding, supporting and accompanying people with support needs
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
- Trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Enjoyment in working with diverse people
- Trailer test and chainsaw course or willingness to complete these
- Driving licence category B
