Production or Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up and configuring CNC machines including tool provision, magazine loading, programme input as well as assembly and adjustment of fixtures

• Execution and optimisation of programme tests directly on the machine, including input via DNC system, adjustment of necessary corrections after test runs as well as checking setup sheets and tool lists in cooperation with the responsible departments

• Maintenance and servicing of assigned machines and tools, participation in fault analysis together with specialists, rectification of minor faults as well as carrying out cleaning and maintenance work in compliance with safety and organisational regulations

• Machine operation during the machining process with deburring of workpieces, quality inspection regarding form and positional tolerances, surface finish and dimensional accuracy as well as making corrections in case of deviations

• Creation and adjustment of production documents, workflows and operation plans in coordination with the responsible parties as well as determination of necessary aids and fixtures

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, plant & apparatus builder EFZ or comparable qualification

• Ideally experience from the machine or aviation industry

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (level B2)

• Precise, persistent and reliable working style with a strong commitment

• Independent, flexible and straightforward working with a focus on deadlines in a dynamic team environment

• Practical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
