About the job
Your Tasks
- Conducting genetic counselling in all areas of medical genetics (oncogenetics, syndromology, cardio- and neurogenetics, and much more)
- Conducting interdisciplinary consultations with other KSA departments (including children’s hospital, cardiology, women’s clinic)
- Participation in interdisciplinary boards (including nephrology, gynaecology, paediatrics)
- Writing counselling reports and applications and cost approval requests
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in medical genetics FMH or equivalent further education recognised in Switzerland with MEBEKO accreditation
- Experience in genetic counselling of patients both outpatient and consultative
- Independent working and contributing to the team
- Empathetic, respectful and attentive manner towards patients as well as team-oriented working
- Very good knowledge of German
