As a Specialist Static Data Operations, you work in exciting areas at the heart of stock exchange operations. You ensure the quality of the master and trading data of the trading platform.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable individual who would like to contribute with enthusiasm in our dynamic and international environment.
These are your tasks
- Ensuring the quality and recording of market and trading master data
- Handling simple to very complex customer enquiries and collaborating on the further or new development of customer solutions
- Close cooperation with Product Management, Change Management as well as SIX Exchange Regulation on various projects
- Conducting Business Acceptance Tests in projects and stock exchange releases
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training and/or university degree, preferably in business or business informatics
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the operational area and/or in customer support in the financial sector
- Good knowledge of the stock exchange environment, especially knowledge of financial products throughout their entire lifecycle
- Understanding of technical contexts and data modelling is an advantage, as well as pronounced analytical thinking skills
- Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with exact and precise working methods
- Very good oral and written German and English skills
