Lecturer and Head of the Natural Sciences Competence Area 60 - 100%
Description
- Leadership and personnel management of the Natural Sciences Competence Area
- Management of the following teaching offerings regarding quality and financial requirements in the areas of scientific modules at the bachelor level as well as convergence and bridging offers, including preparatory studies
- Continuous development of the teaching offerings based on the needs of the study programs, the requirements of the economy, and the entry competencies of bachelor students
- Own teaching activities
- Research activities at the institutes of the department with their agreement possible
- Participation and involvement in coordination committees
- General administrative activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in natural or engineering sciences, preferably with a doctorate
- Teaching experience, ideally at universities of applied sciences
- Integrative, cooperative, and responsible personality
- High organizational skills and good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent German language skills
