YOUR TASKS
- Individual care and support of freshly operated and monitored patients from various medical disciplines
- Support in emergency and crisis situations
- Care of outpatient patients in the day clinic
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments of the clinic and attending physicians
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in an acute ward, IMC, recovery room
- Completed IMC course or willingness to complete it
- Willingness to take weekend on-call duties (approx. every second month)
- A flair for technology and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good organizational skills and independent working style
- High professional and social competence
- Willingness to learn, participation in further education and training
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence and pronounced empathy
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
