Job Description
As a Technical Lead / Platform Engineer AML, you are responsible for the design, integration, and evolution of AML platforms.
- Be the technical reference for AML solutions
- Define and maintain the technical architecture of the platform
- Supervise integrations with banking systems (core banking, payments, KYC, reference data)
- Ensure the performance, stability, and security of the environments
- Manage technical evolutions, patches, and version upgrades
- Work closely with the AML Compliance, IT teams, and software vendors
- Ensure the quality, traceability, and auditability of data
- Participate in internal/external audits and exchanges with regulators
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a banking or financial environment
- Technical expertise on at least one AML platform:
- IMTF, Nice Actimize, Fircosoft, SAS AML
- At least 5 years of experience in a Tech Lead / Platform Engineer / Application Owner role
- Strong mastery of data flows and databases
- SQL essential (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
- Good understanding of AML / Financial Crime issues
- Fluent French, very good level of English
