Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse Spitex (50-100%)

Tasks

• You are responsible for individual and resource-oriented care at home (day service, Monday to Friday)
• You adhere to the guidelines and regulations of the Spitex organisation
• You advise clients and their relatives and work interdisciplinarily with doctors, social workers and other institutions
• Furthermore, you participate in team meetings, prepare detailed care documentation and take on case management
• The workload can range between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference
• If interested and suitable, there is a medium-term opportunity to take on leadership tasks

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / DNII (recognition by the SRK is required for foreign diplomas)
• A category B driving licence with your own car is required
