Controller (m/f/d)

SIGNAL AG is a full-service provider of products, systems, and services for signaling, information, parking management, marking, and traffic control, employing a total of 280 employees at its headquarters in Büren an der Aare and the 9 market areas in Switzerland.

To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a committed Controller 50% (m/f/d) starting December 1, 2025.

Your tasks

• Ensuring data quality by checking production feedback and monitoring the correct flow of values
• Checking the reported inventories of work in progress as well as the progress of work according to the "Percent of Completion" (PoC) method
• Preparation of target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, as well as profitability and return analyses
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Participation in forecast and budget processes including monitoring and forecasts

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and/or further training in business administration (HF level or similar)
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and PowerBI is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking and company-wide process understanding
• Convincing, dynamic, competent, and friendly demeanor combined with high social competence
• Very good German and good French skills
