Horticulture Employee with Focus on Training
50% - 80% | Interlaken
For our horticulture team, we are looking for an upbeat, humorous and dedicated personality who enjoys passing on their expertise and takes pleasure in accompanying and supporting apprentices on their training path.
Tasks to be performed
- Carrying out customer orders in the areas of maintenance and garden design
- Training assigned apprentices, developing, planning and monitoring training objectives
- Accompanying and conducting practical learning workshops
- Independently instructing, promoting and supporting people with support needs
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a landscape gardener with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Enjoyment in working with diverse people
- Trailer licence and chainsaw course or willingness to complete these
- Driving licence category B
