What to expect- You support our stores in Europe as 1st level support with IT disruptions and inquiries
- You additionally support the IT onsite support in North America and China as 2nd level support
- You are responsible with the team for the installation, maintenance, and support of cash register, payment, and other digital devices
- You assist in projects, such as the introduction of new IT solutions in the stores or their reopening / renovation
- You are willing to take on on-call duty for our stores in Europe for critical support cases
- You have completed training in the IT field or have comparable technical experience
- Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment or in the support of cash register systems
- You have an independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style, including a high level of customer and service orientation
- You are willing to travel within Europe and have a category B driving license
- You can express yourself confidently in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
