Your tasks:
- You organise and independently carry out construction work in the field of civil engineering according to technical and economic principles
- In addition, you take on the technical leadership of the construction crews, work alongside them if necessary, and supervise our subcontractors
- You ensure the proper use of tools and equipment
- You monitor compliance with valid regulations, guidelines, and other operational rules
- Finally, you are responsible for the site reports and the preparation of site billing
Your profile:
- You have completed a construction trade apprenticeship or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- You bring expertise in civil, deep, and/or structural engineering as well as knowledge of VOB/B
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, construction scheduling, tender processing, and construction billing
- Responsibility and teamwork are natural to you
- Finally, you are willing to undertake assembly work (mainly in the Baden-Württemberg area) and hold a category B driving licence
