What is my role?

• You create and process quotations as well as order initiations with precision and care

• As the first point of contact, you support commercial customers from the panels and parquet sector by phone - your voice makes the difference!

• You provide competent information, clarify concerns and handle customer complaints professionally

• Taking orders and obtaining supplier offers are part of your diverse range of tasks

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday: 07:15-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 - perfect for your work-life balance! ?

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the field of panels/parquet/interior construction with commercial further education (advantageous) OR commercial training with a technical background or strong affinity to the construction industry

• Confident handling of IT systems and common MS Office programmes

• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and a high quality awareness - you love customer contact!

• Detail- and team-oriented working style - together we achieve more

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
