About the job

• Support the programme management in planning, organisation, administration and communication.
• Central contact point for students and lecturers.
• Independent collaboration in budget management and fee processes.
• Participation in the implementation of events (e.g. exhibition, information day, examinations), organisation of festival visits, study trips, etc.
• Supervision of the study area documentation with photo and video
• Development and maintenance of the web presence and social media presence, writing and editing texts
• Support and maintenance of subject-specific infrastructure and materials
• Technical, organisational and conceptual support in teaching

• You are an independent, proactive and team-oriented personality who can work well-organised and reliably in a dynamic environment.
• You handle digital tools confidently and in a structured manner and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems. You have solid programming skills, including for Excel.
• You communicate openly and constructively, think and act in a networked and interdisciplinary manner
• You have subject-specific knowledge in the field of Visual Communication and have administrative experience
• Your German is stylistically confident in spoken and written form. You speak and write good English.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Design, Film, Art or Computer Science
