Your tasks include
- Building relationships, accompanying and providing emotional support to patients
- One-on-one conversations on an equal footing in the sense of empowerment and recovery
- Conveying experiential knowledge and supporting the use of assistance services
- Individual support of patients at discharge, official appointments, apartment search or leisure activities
- Building up and actively leading a recovery group in the INTUK offer
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional team and bringing in the peer perspective
You bring with you
- Your own reflected experience with mental crises and recovery processes
- Completed PEER training (EX-IN or PMS)
- High ability to work in a team and pronounced social skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the institution's information and planning systems.
- Commitment to the further development of peer work in everyday clinical practice
