YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
- Processing of damage cases as well as warranty and service work
- Quotation and order management of various orders
- Recording, processing, and coordination of 2-year warranty work
- Independent order processing and telephone customer support
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
- Mandatory commercial training (KV) or several years of office experience in a technical environment, preferably in the kitchen or household appliance industry
- Communication skills and high customer orientation
- Commitment, independence, and resilience
- Good IT user skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
