Your Tasks
- Supporting residents with basic care and daily activities
- Observing health status and passing on relevant information
- Accompanying through the day with time, patience and heart
- Creating security, orientation and a sense of belonging
- Close collaboration in a small, well-coordinated team
Your Profile
- Completed SRK Care Assistant training (mandatory)
- Experience in Spitex (mandatory)
- Empathy, patience and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Responsible, reliable working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
