• You ensure patient-oriented, safe, and professional nursing – according to our nursing understanding
• You actively bring current expertise into the team and are an important contact person for complex nursing situations and nursing-related questions
• You use your expertise to adjust workflows and conditions and to further develop processes

• You collect relevant nursing data, evaluate it, and use it for quality development
• You promote interprofessional collaboration and utilize the resources of the support areas

What you need to be successful:

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist (AKP, DN II, HF, FH) and have an NDK Nursing Responsibility – or are willing to complete it
• Ideally, you already have experience in acute care
