Trust Officer, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will manage client accounting according to the instructions of the mandate managers
• You will independently handle financial, debtor, creditor, and payroll accounting including the preparation of financial statements
• You will also support clients with personnel administration
• Additionally, you will prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons and create VAT returns
• Your support of mandate managers in company formations, restructurings, or liquidations is highly valuable
• You will provide instructions for the Abacus applications to clients as needed
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You bring solid practical experience in trust services (m/f/d)
• Your Office skills are very good and it is advantageous if you are also familiar with the Abacus business software
• Are you also a client-oriented, professionally competent, and numerically skilled trust specialist who enjoys working in a collegial environment?
