Banquet Operations Manager 100% (m/f/i)

• Support of events as a contact person during the events
• Efficient planning, preparation and organization of service processes in close cooperation with the sales and service department
• Ensuring effective communication between kitchen, service and event sales
• Leading a small team, including temporary staff, e.g. at large events
• Proactive management of the department, including profit and loss accounts and event billing

• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally with relevant training
• Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience
• Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests
• Team player and host through and through
• You convince with charm and communication skills
• Good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
