Nations Campus – Sports Department (ECA)

Share your passion for netball and support the sporting development of our students within an international and dynamic environment.

• Campus: Nations – Geneva
• Department: Extracurricular Activities (ECA) – Sports
• Rate: Part-time (1 hour 15 minutes per week)
• Hours: Wednesdays from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm
• Start date: Early September 2026

Why this role is important:

As a Netball Assistant Coach at the Nations Campus, you play a key role in introducing and developing our students in this captivating team sport. By supporting the head coach, you help create a dynamic, safe, and caring learning environment. You assist young people in developing their motor skills, sense of teamwork, and sportsmanship, fundamental values upheld by Ecolint.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in leading and conducting the weekly netball session on Wednesday afternoons.
• Propose dynamic, fun, and age-appropriate exercises suited to the participants' level.
• Participate in building the annual activity schedule with clear progression objectives by age category.
• Opportunity to supervise and coach our teams during matches or sports competitions.
• Collaborate actively and openly within the sports department coaching team.

Profile sought:

Skills and Experience

• Be active in the netball community as a player and/or coach.
• Practical experience in teaching, leading, or coaching netball to young people (11 to 18 years old).
• Priority will be given to candidates who have already worked in a school setting or have significant experience with young people.
• Fluency in French and/or English.

Your personal qualities:

• Excellent rapport with children and adolescents in a multicultural context.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the weekly Wednesday session.
