In the Bern North living area, you take on a central role in the training of our young talents in nursing professions at Domicil Wyler / transitional location Domicil Baumgarten.
As a full-time vocational trainer, you actively, structurally, and with high pedagogical quality shape vocational education. You individually accompany learners through their training and ensure a professional, appreciative learning culture. Together with the person responsible for vocational training, you will initiate the implementation of the training and manage the learning processes in the professional field "Nursing & Care" at the tertiary level and within basic vocational education according to the specifications of the training concept. You design and accompany learning situations in everyday professional life, conduct cooperative learning days, and are responsible for assessment together with the person responsible for vocational training.

- Training at tertiary level in nursing (HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, FH)
- Further education in vocational pedagogy at least 100 hours and/or willingness to acquire pedagogical further education SVEB I certificate
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Pedagogical skills and pronounced reflection competence
- Positive attitude towards people in development processes and challenging situations
- Courteous oral and written communication
- Flexibility and resilience
- Quality awareness
- Working hours from Monday to Friday without weekend shifts
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55

At the end of March 2026, Domicil Wyler (Wylerringstrasse 58, 3014 Bern) will open in the Breitenrain district. It has 112 nursing rooms and a public restaurant. Together with Domicil Spitalackerpark, Domicil Wyler forms the Bern North living area and is a transitional location during the renovation of Domicil Baumgarten in Bümpliz.
As a "learning house," Domicil Wyler integrates learning directly into everyday nursing with an innovative concept and trains around 25 learners at all levels of health professions in nursing.
