Apprenticeship as Animal Caretaker EFZ specializing in Wildlife
starting August 1, 2026 as part of a second training
Apply by September 14, 2025
The main tasks include the care, supervision, and feeding of wildlife in the Zurich Langenberg Wilderness Park, as well as the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
As a responsible and reliable personality, you bring:
- Completed initial training EFZ or EBA preferably in the fields of crafts, agriculture, or forestry
- Interest in biology and animal behavior
- Sensitivity and appreciation in dealing with animals
- Willingness to slaughter feed animals
- Craft skills and physical resilience
- Communication skills and enjoyment in contact with visitors
- Willingness to work regular weekend shifts
- Driver's license category B
