To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the Geriatrics and Geriatric Rehabilitation service of HFR Tafers a
Nurse 80-100%
Your mission:
- Welcome and support patients according to current professional standards and the organization of the service
- Provide quality technical and rehabilitation care
- Participate in the implementation of the therapeutic project with the patient, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Actively participate in the smooth running of the service by proposing improvement measures
- Supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
Your profile:
- Diploma in general nursing, HES level, or equivalent training
- Experience in geriatrics and hospital care is an asset
- Proficiency in French and/or German
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
